30-Day Easy Returns

At AlotaPets, we want you to feel confident about every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Our return process is designed to be simple and straightforward so you can easily return or exchange your item when needed.

Return Window: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Item Condition: Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as when they were delivered, including original packaging where possible.

Return Costs

Defective or Damaged Products:
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, AlotaPets will cover the return costs. A defective item includes products damaged during shipping or items that do not function properly due to a fault before delivery.

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind):
If you decide to return an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, or no longer need it, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item

1. Contact Us
Email us at info@alotapets.com and include your order number along with the reason for your return.

2. Prepare Your Package
Place the item back in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, or tags that came with it.

3. Ship the Item
Follow the return instructions provided by our support team and drop the package off at a local shipping provider.

Refund Process

Inspection
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.

Refund Issued
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Refunds typically appear in your account within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

If you would prefer a different size, color, or replacement item, please contact our team and we’ll be happy to assist with an exchange.

Order Cancelations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After this period, your order may already be processed and unable to be modified or canceled.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. If a product cannot be returned, this will be clearly stated in the product description.
